East Central Region Housing Needs Assessment - Final Draft with Municipal Appendices

The East Michigan Council of Governments retained Bowen National Research in September 2024 for the purpose of conducting an eight-county regional Housing Needs Assessment of East Central Michigan. With changing demographic and employment characteristics and trends expected over the years ahead, it is important for the local government, stakeholders and its citizens to understand the current market conditions and projected changes that are anticipated to occur that will influence future housing needs.
